Sharon retired from Waterford Parks and Recreation in 2014 after 30 years. During that time she held the position of Supervisor for the 50+ Recreation program.  At that time over 40 programs were offered for the 50+ population, including the Golden Age Games which served as a stepping stone for senior athletes to the MSO Games.

 Sharon currently resides in Waterford with her husband Bill. They have two adult daughters and two wonderful grandsons. She swims, practices yoga, plays tenor sax in the community band, and competes in the MSO Games.  Sharon has served on the MSO Board since 1996.
