Monday, June 23rd

    • 7:30am-8:45am – Check-In (Make sure to bring your bike up with you so we can attach the number)

    • 7:30am – 8:45am – Cyclists can warmup for time trial

    • 9:00am – 11:00am - CYCLING 10K Time Trial

    • 11am-Noon – Track will be closed to cyclists (see below)

    • 11:30am-12:00pm - RUNNING - 1 Mile (NEW)

    • 12:00pm-12:30pm – Track will open for cycling warmup

    • 12:30pm -  CYCLING - 20K Road Race

      • 12:30pm – Men Ages 50-74

      • 1:30pm – Men Ages 75+ and All Women

Tuesday, June 24th

    • 7:30-9:30am – Check-in (TRACK WILL BE CLOSED FROM 7:45-9:00AM FOR 5k RUNNING EVENT)

    • 8:00am-9:00am - RUNNING – 5K Run

    • 9:00am- TRACK WILL RE-OPEN FOR CYCLING WARM-UPS (cyclists can also be warming up in the north parking lot area but must stay off the track)

    • 9:30am-11am - CYCLING - 5K Time Trials

    • 11am-11:45am Track is open for warm-ups

    • 12:00pm – CYCLING - 40K Road Race

      • 12:00pm – Men Ages 50-74

      • 1:30pm – Men Ages 75+ and All Women

***Please note, we have added a couple of out running road races to these dates/location. On Monday the track will close from 11:15am-Noon for the 1 Mile Run and on Tuesday the track will be closed from 7:45-9am. We will make sure there is warm-up time before the time trial starts on Thursday.

LOCATION: Waterford Hills Road Racing, 4770 Waterford Rd., Clarkston, MI 48346

EVENTS: 5K & 10K Time Trials and 20K & 40K Road Races

  • A Recumbent Bike Division has been added to the 5K & 10K Time Trails. Recumbent bikes are not permitted in the Road Races.

OTHER DETAILS: 5K and 10K Timed Trials, and 20K and 40K Road Race. Races will be held under U.S.C.F. Regulations. Must provide own helmet and bike. Multi-gear bikes are required. Aero-bars are not permitted in the Road Race.


COST: $50 Registration Fee + $25 Yearly MSO Membership Fee (if not already a 2025 MSO member, valid 1/1/25-12/31/25)

***There is a $5 processing fee for credit card transactions or you will have the option at the end of the online registration to mail in a check at no additional fee.

- MSO Opening Ceremony – Friday, August 8, 2025 from 6-8pm at Civic Center Park in Clinton Township (40700 Romeo Plank Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038) - Join us for a FREE event for all athletes and your families. This event will include FREE FOOD, Live Music, vendor tables, inflatable games, torch lighting ceremony, and much more!

- Celebration of Athletes Dinner & Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony - Monday, August 18 - Italian American Cultural Society, 43843 Romeo Plank Rd #1, Clinton Twp, MI 48038 – Cost: $30 per ticket - Includes dinner, Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony, Silent Auction, and Guest Speaker: TBA

POLICIES

- OPTIONAL MEDICAL WAIVER: With the medical waiver you will receive 100% refund of registration fees if you cancel because of a medical condition with a doctor’s letter. The $8 cost of the waiver is non-refundable. NO refunds after June 13, 2025 without the paid medical waiver.
- REFUND POLICY: If you request a refund before June 13, 2025 there is a $5 administration fee charged. No refunds after June 13, 2025 without the paid medical waiver.
- INCLEMENT WEATHER: There will be NO REFUNDS of entry fees because of rain or an other acts of nature. Sports using outdoor sites are weather dependent. Competitions will be conducted unless officials determine otherwise.
